What is povfront ? Povfront is a frontend for the persistence of vision raytracer aka pov/povray. Designed to run under any flavour of unix using GTK and glib libraries, it is POSIX compliant and has been successfully tested on Linux RH 5.2/6.0/6.1, Mandrake 6.0/6.1. It aims at providing an easy way to launch pov rendering with a graphical interface which manages all the available options even the script only ones. It has been written using GTK+ (1.2 version). So far, PovFront supports internationalization for French, English, German, Italian and Dutch. I need translators for other languages. You don't need to have computer science skills to help! I need translators for other languages. You don't need to have computer science skills to help! You think you may help ? Okay, to translate PovFront in your langage, just download this file: povfront.new.po Edit it with your favorite editor. You will find a text file with items like : msgid "\t SOURCE is a pov source file\n" msgstr "" Fill the "" to tranlate. Don't forget to respect the \n at the end of the line if there is one. Try also to respect the length of the line (number of characters) not to modify too much the look of the interface. That's all. Once it's done just send me back the new file. You can also edit an existing file in order to improve a translation if you feel something's wrong. Manual Here you will find the povfront manual. At this time, it's a draft.
